Bookings: Available via web site or via direct communication (phone/email/contact form) with NVR Connecting Authority UK.
Payment Method: by Bank transfer. Invoice at booking.
Payment Due Date: Payable at time of booking.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide as much advance notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.
If We Cancel: We will let you know as soon as possible. You are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Note: NVR Connecting Authority UK is not liable for costs or inconvenience due to cancellations outside our control, such as therapist illness.

Bookings: Book via our web site. Contact NVR Connecting Authority for pre-booking consultation if needed.
Payment Method: Bank transfer. Invoice generated upon online booking.
Course Fees Due Date: You are liable for the full fee once a booking form is completed and returned. Full payment is needed before joining training programs. If funded by your employer, provide a valid purchase order before the course starts.
Cancellation by you: Please send a written notification to cancel at least 30 days before the course start date.
Eligibility Criteria: Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria for the course you are applying for. Proof of prior training may be required to progress to higher-level trainings.
Training Cancellation Policy: NVR Connecting Authority UK is not liable for any costs or inconvenience if we cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as presenter illness or low bookings. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule to a different date.
